Do I need to pay first?

You can browse characters without buying a membership. Chat allowances, gem costs and benefits are shown in your account.

Can I create my own character?

Yes. Log in and open the studio to define appearance, personality and background, then start a conversation.

Can I use my phone and computer?

Use your browser or the iOS or Android app. Features and purchase options vary by platform.

Am I chatting with a real person?

Characters are powered by AI, and replies can be inaccurate. Enjoy them for creativity and entertainment, not professional advice.

How do I start chatting with a character?

Choose a character in Explore and open their profile to read about their background, personality and opening scene. Sign in, open the chat and send your first message.

What if I do not know what to say?

Share something from your day or describe a scene you would like to experience together. You can also generate reply suggestions in chat; selecting one sends it to the conversation.

Can I generate or edit character images?

Yes. Choose Capture in chat to generate an image of the current scene. Choose Edit Image to describe a change to clothing, expression or setting, then confirm generation.

What are gems for, and where can I buy them?

Gems are used for AI features such as chat models, image operations and character creation. Check the cost shown before each action. Open the Gems tab on the pricing page to compare packs, then follow the purchase link to your profile.

How is membership different from buying gems?

Membership includes the benefits and monthly gems of your plan. Buying a gem pack adds gems in a one-time purchase. Compare Plus, Pro and gem packs on the pricing page; the purchase page shows the applicable benefits.

Where can I continue an earlier conversation?

Sign in and select an existing conversation from the chat list. Your own characters and creation tasks are available in Studio.

Where can I check character creation progress?

Open Studio to view your creation tasks. The page shows their progress and results; once a character is ready, you can open it and continue.

How do I contact support?

Use the help link on this page or Contact Us in the footer. Describe the issue and include your device, the time it happened and relevant screenshots to help us investigate.
