Data Storage and Security

The app keeps a local conversation cache for display and offline continuity. Clearing browser or app data removes that local copy, but does not by itself erase server-side account, request, safety, billing, generated-image, uploaded-media, or voice-processing records.

Our servers and contracted service providers process submitted text, images, and voice data to deliver requested features. Operational and safety records may be retained for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and service reliability. Retention depends on the data type and applicable requirements.

For account-level and service-processing information, we implement security measures including:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all network requests
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Limited access controls for our staff

  • We use automated systems to detect and prevent inappropriate content
  • AI companions cannot access external websites or your device data

Children's Privacy

RoleHub is only available to users aged 18 or older. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, please contact us immediately.

International Data Transfers
