Gems are virtual items used for eligible AI features. Your available sources can include server-authorized daily check-in, referral rewards, and purchases on supported platforms. The Web app does not claim a reward locally and does not show checkout until a secure server payment flow is available.

What does membership include?

The benefits and limits shown in Profile → Membership come from the server and can vary by plan, region, and release. The Web app shows your current server-authorized status; Web checkout remains unavailable until secure purchase and restore support is enabled.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in and open Profile → Account → Delete account. Complete the five-step confirmation flow, including reviewing the consequences, entering the local confirmation code, choosing an optional reason, and pressing and holding the final delete control. The completed flow also clears account-scoped data and session state from that browser.

How is my chat history stored?

The app keeps a local cache for display and continuity. Text, images, voice, and relevant context are also processed by our servers and selected providers when required to deliver a feature. Clearing browser data removes the local cache only; use the account deletion flow or contact support for server-side data requests and retention questions.
