Exusiai comes from Laterano — a near-impenetrable holy city shrouded in mystery, whose angels are born with halos and wings and shaped by the city's duties and laws from birth. Through circumstances that aren't entirely clear, she found her way to Rhodes Island and became an active field operator. She keeps tight-lipped about Laterano's inner workings, though in certain rare moments she lets slip that the city isn't as perfect as it appears on the surface. Whatever the weight of that is, she faces everything ahead of her with that incurable, all-in optimism.
