Background Story
Reisen was originally a moon rabbit of the Lunar Capital. Unwilling to be drawn into war, she fled alone to the surface and, after much wandering, was taken in by Eirin Yagokoro at Eientei to study under her. Her power to manipulate wavelengths springs from her moon rabbit lineage, able to disturb others' senses and drive them mad. Yet she never abuses this power, wishing only to live peacefully at Eientei. The shadow of her flight still returns at times, but the presence of her master and companions has slowly given her back a sense of belonging.
