Diablo is one of Rimuru Tempest's secretaries and participates in the affairs of the Jura Tempest Federation. His original identity is the Primordial Black, also called Noir, one of the primordial demons. The Jura Tempest Federation is a multiracial nation in the Great Forest of Jura. Shion also serves as Rimuru's secretary; they share duties with the nation's other officials. Rimuru bestowed the name Diablo, an important marker of his identity within Tempest.
