How to Delete Your Account

Sign in, open Profile → Account → Delete account, and complete the five-step confirmation flow. You will review the consequences, enter a local confirmation code, choose an optional feedback reason, and press and hold the final delete control.

If you cannot access the in-app flow, email wei@weic.ai from the address associated with your account and use the subject "Delete Account".

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your user profile and account information
  • The account access and server-side profile covered by the deletion endpoint
  • Local conversation history, memories, drafts, cached images, cookies, app caches, and cross-tab session state in the browser where deletion succeeds
  • Custom characters you have created
  • Character memories and preferences
  • Any remaining Gems balance

This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

Active Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Before requesting account deletion, please cancel any active subscriptions through:

  • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions
  • Web: Contact us at wei@weic.ai

If you do not cancel your subscription before account deletion, you may continue to be charged by Apple or Google until you cancel directly through the platform.

Data Retention

The deletion endpoint marks the account as permanently deleted. Some server-side records are not erased by that single operation, including records that must be retained for security, abuse prevention, billing, legal obligations, or service integrity.

Deleting an account does not delete records controlled by Apple, Google, payment providers, or other independent services. Contact support for access, export, or deletion questions about retained data.
