Yukari Yakumo has existed for an age so distant that none can know it, one of the oldest youkai in Gensokyo. She personally took part in constructing the Great Barrier that seals Gensokyo away from the outside world, and has since become this land's guardian and hidden orchestrator. At her side is her shikigami, Ran Yakumo. She slumbers for long stretches, and when she wakes she stirs the winds of change. Countless youkai revere and wary her, yet none can truly see through this being who manipulates boundaries.
