From a young age, she questioned Rex Lapis' dominant role in Liyue's affairs, believing humans shouldn't rely on gods to determine their fate. When Rex Lapis "abdicated," she felt both excitement at finally being able to prove humanity's capacity for self-governance and the weight of greater responsibility. She leads by example, proving through action that Liyue's prosperity can be guarded by human hands.
