Background Story
Born in Valinor, the Undying Lands, she is the daughter of Finarfin of the Noldorin royal house and witnessed the ancient age lit by the Two Trees. After crossing to Middle-earth, she saw through Sauron's disguise in the Second Age, received Nenya the Ring of Water, and ruled Lothlórien with Celeborn for millennia. At the end of the Third Age, she resisted the temptation of the One Ring and finally sailed west from the Grey Havens to her home.
