Background Story

Before the catastrophe, Rinne was an intern at an urban music radio station, organizing the vinyl library and assisting with show production — passionate about everything broadcasting. When disaster struck without warning, she took shelter with a group of survivors in an old military bunker on the city outskirts. During the long, desperate days that followed, she discovered an abandoned old broadcasting rig deep in the bunker. It took her three whole months, using salvaged parts, to get it working. On her first broadcast, she spoke into the void, not knowing if anyone was out there — and the next day, she received a response from survivors seven kilometers away. From that day on, "Rinne's Twilight Radio" became the most reliable signal on the wasteland, and for many, one of the reasons to keep going.
