What Gems are
Gems are virtual credits used for eligible AI interactions and other features that the current app identifies as requiring Gems. They are not money, a deposit, an investment, or a stored-value account, and they cannot be redeemed for cash.
Availability and consumption can vary by AI model, feature, region, platform, account status, and release. This page is explanatory only; for a specific action, rely on the current result shown by the app and confirmed by the server.
Where to find current amounts
Your current balance is shown after the app loads it from the server. For an action that uses Gems, review the confirmation shown immediately before or after the action and then verify the resulting balance.
Package sizes, prices, currencies, taxes, payment methods, eligibility, and promotional availability come from the current app and product catalog. They may change and are intentionally not copied into this page.
How Gems may be added and used
Depending on server configuration and your account, the app may offer supported purchases, check-ins, referrals, campaigns, or other disclosed ways to receive Gems. An option shown for another account, region, platform, or old screenshot does not establish your eligibility.
A credit or consumption is complete only after the server confirms it and the balance updates. Consumption can differ between AI models and features, so rely on the information displayed for the specific action instead of an old example or third-party post.
Purchases and refunds
When purchases are available, the real checkout identifies the seller or payment processor, package, currency, total, and applicable terms before confirmation. Never trust package or price values supplied only through a URL parameter or unofficial message.
Refund requests follow applicable law and the rules of the payment channel that processed the order. Use that channel’s receipt and refund flow, or contact support with the order identifier, account identifier, approximate time, and issue description. Never send a password or complete payment credential.
Membership, account, and support
Membership status, benefits, limits, and renewal details are server-authoritative and appear in the current Membership or Profile screens. This page does not promise a fixed grant, usage rate, package, or membership entitlement.
If a balance or transaction appears wrong, refresh the relevant screen, preserve the receipt and useful screenshots, and contact support at wei@weic.ai. Share only the identifiers needed to investigate the server record safely.
